Maja creates from her hand made paper moving installations as well – colourful painted forms which remind us of mobiles and which radiate some special magic due to the liveliness of paper that is never stiff and straight. When the sun , wind and light make ht einstallations dance and glimmer you are fully enchanted. Earth, water, air and fire, the rhythm of the soil and the light that lies above it – Maja wants to show and hold all these, only for a moment. For nothing is firm in her works, nothing is rigid. Everything is moving, everything is alteration. For her installation Maja likes to use opposites – stiff with movable, hard with soft, heavy with light. Organic as stones or wood gives heaviness and hold to the dancing paper forms, has an effect like a connection between air and earth.

The forms are often the same but differently coloured. "Everything is the same - everything differs", this is how Maja called one of her installations. This theme accompanies her, it represents a symbol of human beings, of life: "all are the same – all are different."

As far as her performances are concerned, Maja lets the place to influence her first of all. These are vibrations, energy streams again which she receives, wants to feel and then tries to transform and to perform. And when after it her for meters high, painted flags spin in the wind, glimmer and dance, the observers, too, can feel out and recognise the power of elements. Or Maja lets fly to the sky colourful kites which she produces and paints herself.

A picture that lets us feel that all the colourful, light can dance and fly to the sky and nevertheless it stays connected with the earth deeply.
